Thoughts on practice of green publishing concept for scientific and technological periodicals during the redaction and printing process

目的:为了更好地理解绿色出版概念在科技期刊编校及出版过程中的作用。方法:结合办刊实践,对编校和出版过程中涉及绿色出版的环节进行了分析。结果:提出以下应对策略:不断提高出版行业从业人员的环保意识;提高论文学术水平的质量;减少纸质出版物的印刷数量;编辑过程中全数字化的实现;CTP技术的广泛应用;绿色印刷和再生纸的大规模使用。结论:提出的出版理念和应对策略具有普适性和可操作性,具有重要的理论价值和应用价值。

Purposes：In order to better understand the using of the green publishing concept during the redaction and printing process of scientific and technological periodicals. Methods：Based on the establishment and practical work, the processes of redaction and printing involved green publishing were analyzed. Findings： Corresponding countermeasures were given as below： to continuously strengthen the environmental awareness of the publishing industry practitioners; to improve the quality of the academic level of papers; to reduce the printing number of paper publication; to realize digital editing on the whole redaction process; to achieve wide application of CTP technology; to widespread use of green printing technology and recycled paper. Conclusions：The publishing concept and the coping strategies have the characteristics of universality and operability; therefore, it has important theoretical and application value.
