循证护理在心肌梗死患者并发心力衰竭护理中的应用

Application of evidence-based nursing in nursing care of patients with myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure

目的:分析循证护理在心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者中的护理干预效果。方法:选取2015年6月至2016年11月收治的80例急性心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者,随机分组,观察组(n=40)实施循证护理干预,对照组(n=40)给予常规护理,对比两组患者临床护理效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率7.5%低于对照组的25.0%,组间差异明显(P<0.05);观察组心理护理、排泄护理、病情监控及技术操作等方面的护理满意度均高于对照组,两组存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理效果明显,可改善患者护理干预效果,提高患者就诊满意度,减少并发症,为临床整体治疗效果提供有效保障。

ObjectiveTo analyze the nursing intervention effect of evidenc^based nursing in patients with myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure. Method： From June 2015-2016 year in November 80 cases of acute myocardial infarction compli-cated with heart failure patients were randomly divided into observation group （n = 40） the implementation of evidenc-based nursing intervention, the control group （n = 40） received routine nursing care, compared 2 groups of patients with clinical nurs-ing effect Result： The complication rate of the observation group （7. 5 % ） than in the control group （25% ） ,with obvious difference between groups （ P 〈 0. 05） ; the observation group psychological nursing,nursing, patient monitoring and dis-charge operation of nursing satisfaction were higher than the control group, the 2 groups had significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：The effect of evidence-based nursing is obvious,it can improve the effect of nursing intervention, improve the satisfaction of patients and reduce complications,and provide effective guarantee for the overall treatment effect .
