围术期心理干预对子宫全切术患者不良情绪的影响

Influence of perioperative psychological intervention on adverse mood in patients undergoing total hysterectomy

目的:研究围术期心理干预对子宫全切术患者不良情绪的影响。方法:选取2014年9月至2016年9月在我院行子宫全切术患者196例,按照数字表法随机分为两组,每组各有98例。在围术期对照组患者给予常规护理措施,研究组在此基础上行心理干预,对比分析两组患者焦虑抑郁情况。结果:围术期给予心理干预后研究组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分在出院时明显低于对照组,且组间比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:围术期心理干预可明显改善子宫全切术患者不良情绪,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To study the influence of perioperative psychological intervention on the negative emotions in patients un-dergoing total hysterectomy. Methods： We selected 196 patients who underwent hysterectomy from September 2014 to Sep-tember 2016 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital watch method. There were 98 patients in each group. In the perioperative period, the patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures, and the study group was given psychological intervention on this basis. The anxiety and depression of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results ： After intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the time of discharge, and there was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Perioperative psychological intervention can significantly improve the adverse mood in pa-tients with total hysterectomy, and has important clinical significance.
