雌二醇治疗妇女绝经综合征的疗效观察

Efficacy of estradiol in the treatment of postmenopausal syndrome in women

目的:观察雌二醇治疗妇女绝经综合征的疗效。方法:采用电脑随机的方式,将我院2016年3月至2017年3月间收治的绝经综合征患者70例,随机分成研究组(n=35)与常规组(n=35),其中常规组采用常规治疗方案,研究组患者采用雌二醇治疗,对两组不良反应发生率以及各项激素指标改善情况,做统计处理。结果:两组患者接受临床治疗后,各项激素指标均得到改善,但研究组患者改善情况明显优于常规组(P<0.05),统计两组不良反应发生率,结果发现研究组11.43%的不良反应发生率明显低于22.86%的常规组,组间结果比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:绝经综合征患者采用雌二醇予以治疗,降低了不良反应发生率,帮助妇女改善绝经期症状,效果显著,值得临床进一步应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of estradiol on women＇s menopausal syndrome. Conclusion： Treatment of estradiol in patients with menopausal syndrome can reduce the incidence of adverse reac-tions and help women improve the symptoms of menopause. The effect is remarkable and deserves further clinical application .
