城市化进程中农转城社区社会分化问题的调查与分析——以云南省玉溪市中卫社区为例

Social Differentiation of the Rural-urban Community in the Process of Urbanization: A Case of Zhongwei Community in Yuxi City of Yunnan

在对农转城社区调查的基础上,运用社会分层理论,针对农转城社区的多种形式、不同程度的社会分层问题,结合当地户籍中的职业分化、农民使用生产资料方式的分化及农民收入水平的分化几个方面,指出农转城社区在城市化进程中出现的社会分化问题。提出利益分化、非农产业与城镇和市场的发展、经济水平、地理位置和资源条件等是社会分化的原因。社会分化一定程度上对城市化的发展起到了重要作用,但也造成了贫富差距扩大、发展不平衡、阶层利益矛盾凸显等问题。

In this paper, based on the survey of the farmers in rural-urban community, using social stratification theory, in view of various forms and different level of social stratification in rural-urban community, combining with division of occupation in local household registration, the differentiation of farmers’ means of production and the differentiation of peasants7 income level, the author points out the social differentiation problem in the process of urbanization. The author argues that the differentiation of interests, the development of non-agricultural industries, towns and markets, the economic level, geographic location and resource conditions are the reasons for social differentiation. Social differentia-tion has played an important role in the development of urbanization to a certain extent, but it has also caused problems such as the widening gap between the rich and the poor, development imbalance, and prominent conflicts of interests.
