电商物流实施共同配送的利益分配问题研究

Research on Profit Allocation in Joint Distribution of E-commerce Logistics

文中概述了电商物流共同配送模式和利益分配问题,采用Raiffa解法对电商物流实施共同配送所获的利益进行分配,由于实际实施中会受到众多因素影响利益分配结果,则选取投资比重和风险因素加入对Raiffa解法进行修正,并用算例进行论证,算例计算结果显示投资比重越大,承担风险越大,获得利益就越大,可知修正后的分配结果更公平合理。

This paper summarizes the joint distribution mode and the probelms of profit allocation. The Raiffa method is used to allocate the benefits of the joint distribution of the E-commerce logistics. As the actual implementation will be affected by many factors,the proportion and risk of the investment will be selected. The results show that the larger the proportion of investment,the greater the risk,the greater the benefits,we can see that the distribution of the revised results more equitable and reasonable.
