Research on the Application of the SLP in the Optimization of Production Logistics System Layout

车间或部门空间布置决定了企业内部生产物流的路径与距离。生产物流系统优化需要解决在满足生产工艺前提下车间或部门的空间布置最优化问题,以实现物流成本最小化。文中介绍了系统布置设计中作业单位关系密切等级分类的量化评价方法、空间优化布置规则等,且实证研究了统计数据分析与处理、模型构建、位置排列等方法与思路,可以为企业生产物流优化决策提供借鉴。

The layout of workshop or department determines the path and distance of the production logistics. The optimization of production logistics system needs to solve the optimization problem of the space layout of the workshop or department under the premise of the production process. This paper introduces the operation diagram method in the unit of work is closely related to classification of quantitative evaluation methods and spatial layout optimization rules and ideas,and empirical research on statistical data analysis and processing,model construction,arrangement and other methods,can provide a reference for the optimization of production logistics.
