摘要 随着全球经济和信息技术的迅速发展,物流行业的新兴不仅为人们的生活提供了便利,也成为企业减少成本,增加利益的新方式。然而,由于能源的日渐减少,资源逐步匮乏,走可持续发展路线是企业发展的必然趋势。对于承担国民命脉之一的电力行业,发展逆向物流不仅能节约成本,还能增加企业的经济和社会利益。文中运用了网络层次分析法(ANP)对电网的回收网络建设进行了研究,建立了评价指标体系及其对应权重,为之后的电网回收网络建设提供一些参考价值。 Along with the rapid growth of global economic and information technology,the development of logistics which has made our lives easier and made a new way to cut cost and make money. However,as source and energy decreasing,we need find a new method to save source,then reverse logistics was put forward. Through expand reverse logistics,Power Grid Company not only can reduce cost but also increase its economic and society profits. This target of this paper is to analysis the evaluation system of establishing a recycling network based on analysis network process( ANP) method which atone for the flaw of ignoring indices' correlation of analytic hierarchy process( AHP). Then some suggestions are given for building a reverse logistics network in the future.
