摘要
绩效管理至今仍是全球人力资源管理的第一大"黑洞",而绩效考核又是绩效管理的核心,一个高效的绩效考核方案的构建对企业来说至关重要。以A公司为例,基于主基二元考核法的"加减分"思想,利用BSC+KPI设计绩效考核体系,体现"胡萝卜+大棒"的管理思想,奖励员工关键有效的绩效行为,约束员工无效的绩效行为,以实现员工行为价值增值,进而不断提升企业整体绩效,实现企业的战略目标。
Performance management has remained the first big "black hole"of the globalhuman resource management.While the performance appraisal is the core of performance management,it is of vital importance for the enterprise to have an efficient performance appraisal system. Taking A Company as an example and based on the idea of "addition and subtraction"of Main-Basic Duality Performance Appraisal,the thesis uses the two ways of the BSC and KPI to design the performance appraisal system,which reflects the management idea of "the carrot and the stick ",and it rewards employees for the key to effective performance and restricts employees for their invalid performance. This appraisal system realizes the value of employee behavior,and continuously improves the overall enterprise performance,and achieves enterprise's strategic target.
