摘要 随着国民生活水平的提高,冷链物流市场需求进一步扩大,但国内冷藏品腐损率一直居高不下,尤其是在流通过程中。蓄冷箱能有效降低货物在途腐损,但由于现有蓄冷箱容积小、成本高,多用于贵重物品如疫苗,因而,适用范围不广。针对这一现状,依据使用比例最高的9.6m和13.7m的冷藏车型,分别设计标准无源蓄冷箱,由于新型蓄冷箱在容积、蓄冷效果、成本等方面更具优势,因而比一般蓄冷箱更具普遍适用性,同时,也对冷链物流标准化具有重要意义。 With the improvement of national living standards,the demand of the cold chain logistics market is increasing.However,the cold storage rate has been high in domestic,especially in the process of circulation. The cold storage box is good for the reduction of the goods corruption in transit,but because of the existing cold storage capacity,high cost,and more for valuables such as vaccines,and thus the scope of application is not wide. In view of this situation,according to the volume of trucks in 9. 6m and 13. 7m,which ranks the highest proportion of the use,respectively,designing a new kind of standard cold storage box that doesn't need energy. Owe to their advantages in the volume,storage effect,cost and so on,they are of more universal applicability than the general cold storage box. Besides,they will contribute to the standardization on the cold chain logistics.
