摘要
物流工程是新兴的交叉学科,可授予工学或管理学学位。文中以应用型大学-营口理工学院为例,从培养定位、目标、教学计划、课程体系及师资队伍建设方面探讨了复合应用型人才的培养模式。在教指委的指导下,以服务区域经济为宗旨,围绕港口及相关企业需求,在课程体系中增加课内实验,辅以集中性教学实践进行教学改革,培养具有管理思维、工学基础的复合应用型人才。
Logistics engineering is an emerging interdisciplinary,can be awarded the degree of engineering or management. In this paper,the author takes yingkou institute of technology as an example to discuss the compound applied talents training pattern of logistics engineering from the opositioning,training target,teaching plan,curriculum system and the construction of teachers team. To training the compound applied talents with management thinking and engineering foundation,the institute Increases the in-class experiment and the centralized teaching practice to service for the regional economy,under the guidance of the ministry of education.
