Construction of Training System of Production Logistics Management in Higher Vocational Education——Taking Guangdong Innovative Technical College as an Example

文中以生产物流管理为导向,基于工作过程构建校企合作模式下的"专业技能实训、综合技能实训、生产实习"三阶段实训体系,该实训体系包括物流营销实训、采购管理实训、仓储管理实训、生产与运作管理实训、生产企业物流运作实训以及生产实习。实现了层层递进、校企深度融合、联合培养,达到了学生熟练掌握物流技能的目的。

The paper takes the production logistics management as the guidance,based on the work process and the school-enterprise cooperation model,constructing three-stage training system,including professional skills training,comprehensive skills training and production practice. Training includes logistics marketing training,procurement management training,storage management training,production and operation management training,production logistics operations training and production practice. To achieve the layers of progressive,the depth of school-enterprise integration,joint training and the purpose of students master the skills of logistics.
