摘要
回顾国产内燃机车检修制度的形成 ,论述了现行内燃机车检修制度存在的问题 ,并通过ND5型机车检修制度的改革尝试 ,重点强调在社会主义市场经济条件下 ,在以效益求生存的今天 ,内燃机车逐步实施状态修是修制改革的主攻方向。
First,this paper discussed the problem existed in current diesel locomotive inspection and repair system.Then it put foruard that the diesel locomotive inspection and repair system should be reformed and diesel locomotive condition repair should be adopted
