摘要 对我国红茶在国内外市场上的发展现状进行了比较分析,指出与世界传统红茶生产国相比,我国红茶产业在红茶品质、品牌塑造与产业链延伸上面临着许多现实问题。鉴于此,提出通过加强红茶品牌建设、加大行业监管和提升红茶文化等方式促进我国红茶产业可持续发展。 This paper made a comparative analysis on the development status of Chinese black tea industrial market both at home and abroad. And point out that,compared with the traditional black tea producing countries,China' s black tea industry facing many practical problems like the black tea quality,the brand building and industrial chain expansion. In view of which,put forward some suggestions like strengthen the black tea brand building and the industrial supervision,upgrade the black tea culture so as to promote the sustainable development of the black tea industry in China.
