Si含量对Al-Mn合金板材激光焊接性能的影响

摘要 通过激光焊接试验、金相观察等,研究了Si含量对Al-Mn合金板材激光焊接性能的影响。结果表明,增加Si的含量,将降低Al-Mn合金板材的激光焊接性能;试验条件下,Si含量达0.45%时,易出现焊接裂纹;微观组织观察表明,当Si含量较高时,激光焊接时晶界上将形成富Si的低熔点共晶相液膜,使得裂纹易于沿晶界形成和扩展。 Based on laser welding test and metallographic observation,the effect of Si content on the laser welding performance of Al-Mn alloy sheet is reviewed in this paper. The results show that laser welding performance of Al-Mn alloy sheet is reduced with the increase of Si content. During the test,the welding crack is appeared when the content of Si is up to 0. 45%.Microstructure observations indicated that low melting point eutectic phase liquid film is formed at the crystal boundary when the content of Si is higher,so that the crack is easy to formed and expanded along the crystal boundary.
