摘要
文章使用往复式摩擦磨损试验仪,设计和现场对应的实验参数,利用钢球在铝板表面的往复摩擦来模拟现场轧制工艺,用获得的摩擦系数来评价轧制过程中水基轧制液在铝板表面的润滑性能,为开发新型全合成水基轧制液提供指导作用。
In this paper,the experimental parameter is designed by reciprocating friction wear tester corresponding to the plant site. The rolling process is simulated by the reciprocating friction of the steel ball on the surface of the aluminum sheet,and the friction coefficient is used to evaluate the lubricating performance of the water-based rolling liquid. Furthermore,this paper reviews the guidance of the development of new all-synthetic water-based rolling liquid.
