摘要
采用6063热挤压铝管轧制翅片管,对6063铝管组织、性能指标进行分析,确定化学成分和挤压工艺,合理控制Mg与Si之比,使Mg过剩,最大限度提高铝管的塑性,达到轧制翅片管翅片高度及表面质量要求。
In this paper,the process of 6063 aluminum tube for finned tube is presented,organization and performance indicators of 6063 aluminum tube are analyzed,the chemical composition and extrusion process are determined,the content of Mg ︰ Si are controlled reasonably,thus content of Mg is excess,the plasticity of the aluminum tube is improved maximally,high and surface quality of fin can be met the requirements of fin tube rolling.
