摘要
文章主要介绍了650mm单机架双卷取铝带材实验热轧机组的主要性能参数、工艺过程、设备组成、机组配置特点等,并结合实验过程中的工艺参数对其性能结构特点进行分析,总结了设计缺点或不合理的地方,提出了改进方案。
Combining with theexperiment process parameters, this paper discusses the main performance parameters,process, equipment composition and unit configuration characteristics of 650mm reversing aluminum strip test hwith single stand and double coilers and analyzes the characteristics of the performance structure. Besides,it summarized the shortcomings and unreasonable parts of design and put forward the improvement plan.
