摘要 为研究篮球公共选修课中引入"动态分层教学法"对教学效果的影响,本文以210名身体机能相近、篮球基本技术无显著差异的学生作为实验对象,采用问卷调查法和教学实验研究对比法对"动态分层教学法"实施的效果进行教学实验研究。结果表明,"动态分层教学法"能显著提高篮球公共选修课男生肺活量和立定跳远,在一定程度上可提高学生的身体素质;有助于学生培养良好的运动习惯和提高篮球兴趣。"动态分层教学法"符合高校篮球运动的内在需求和学习规律,在一定程度上可提高高校篮球公共选修课教学效果和质量。 The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of the dynamic hierarchical teaching method in college basketball elective classes. A total of 210 students were selected and randomly allotted to 2 groups with 3 replicates per group. We analyzed the teaching effects of the dynamic hierarchical teaching method in college basketball elective classes by the methods of document and comparative experiments. The results showed as follows : The dynamic hierarchical teaching method could significantly improve vital capacity and standing long jump of the students in college basketball elective classes. The teaching method could improve students to cultivate good exercise habits, and improve students interests in playing basketball. The students"physical quality, basketball skills, exercise habits and the basketball interest of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group.
