摘要
文章采用血尿素、血红蛋白、血清肌酸激酶等生化指标对山西省优秀女子重剑运动员夏季训练进行训练监控。从运动员生化指标的波动来看,大部分运动员的身体机能状况良好,但部分运动员训练后不能及时恢复。女子重剑运动员不宜安排持续6周的专项训练。1号和2号队员,对现在的训练安排适应情况较好,但是年轻队员对训练适应差,运动后不能完全恢复。对年轻队员应适当调整训练强度,或施以更好的恢复手段。通过此研究,以期为女子重剑教练员及时调整训练负荷、避免运动员损伤、保证训练的系统性和科学性提供依据。
During training in the summer, elite female Epee athletes training were monitoring by using the biochemical indexes of blood urea, hemoglobin, serum creatine kinase and so on. From temporarily the volatility of the athletes in the process of biochemical index, most of the athletes body were in good condition, but some athletes could not recover in time after training. Womens epee athletes should not be arranged for 6 weeks of special training. No. 1 and No. 2, the current training schedule to adapt to the situation is better, but young players to training to adapt to bad, cant fully recover after exercise. For young players should adjust the training intensity, or to better means of recovery. It provides evidence for coach to adjust the training load in time, avoid injuries, and ensure the systematic and scientific training.
