摘要 以工业级钨粉、镍粉和铁粉为原料,采用凝胶注模成型技术制备90W-Ni-Fe合金。研究了分散剂含量和固相体积分数对金属浆料黏度的影响,并对素坯的抗弯强度以及脱脂、烧结进行了分析。结果表明,90W-Ni-Fe金属浆料的黏度随着分散剂添加量的增加先降低后升高,随着固相体积分数的增加而增高。坯体抗弯强度随着单体交联剂比例的增大呈现出先升高后降低的趋势,固相体积分数为45%时坯体的抗弯强度最高。素坯脱脂后在1 445℃烧结1.5 h,获得了密度为16.93 g/cm^3的烧结体,其致密度高达98.72%。 The 90 W- Ni- Fe alloy was fabricated by the aqueous /elcastin/ usin/ thecommercial /rade tungsten powder, nickel powder and iron power. The viscosity of methe different dispersant contents and solid loadin/s were studied, the bendin/ strength of the /reenbody and its debindin/ and sinterin/ process were also analyzed. The results of the 90W-Ni-Fe metal slurry decreased and then increased with the increase of dispersant content,and increased with the increase of solid loading. With increasing the proportion linker ,the bending strength decreased firstly and then increased, and reached the highest value when the volume fraction of solid loading was 4 5 % . After debindin/ and sintering at 1 445 C for 1.5 h, the density of sintered product was 16. 93 / cm3, and its relative density was up to 98. 7 2 % .
