船舶生活污水处理系统存在的深层次缺陷

On the Deep-level Defects of Ship Sewage Treatment System

针对船舶某类型生活污水处理系统存在的深层次缺陷,结合典型实例,通过设计原理分析和实验论证该系统不满足MARPOL的本质要求,提出解决方案,列举生活污水处理装置在港口国监督和船舶检验过程中发现的典型缺陷。希望引起船舶及设备制造、检验、经营等各相关方的重视。

Combining with the typical cases,the deep level defects of a certain type of ship sewage treatment system were analyzed from the design principle and experimental validation,which demonstrated that the system is not in conformity with the requirements of MARPOL and may lead to responsible PSC detain. The relevant solution was set forth. Other typical defects about the sewage treatment plant found in the process of PSC and ship inspection in recent years were enumerated,so as to remind the ship and product manufacturing,inspection,operator and other related parties pay great attention on it.
