摘要 以金属基折叠式夹层板为研究对象,对传统夹层板结构进行改进,设计一种改进的V型夹层板结构。应用ABAQUS有限元软件分析空爆载荷作用下改进的V型夹层结构的损伤变形机理和能量吸收机制,与传统夹层板进行比较,结果表明,改进的V型夹层结构与传统夹层板的变形量基本相等,但其吸能能力明显高于传统夹层板,表现出良好的抗冲击性能。 An improved V-type sandwich structure was proposed based on the traditional metallic corrugated core sandwich panel. Focus on the improved V-type sandwich structure under air non-contact explosions,the damage deformation and energy absorbing mechanism was analyzed in ABAQUS. The shock resistance performance was compared with the traditional sandwich panels. The results showed that the displacement of the improved V-type sandwich panel is almost equal to the traditional sandwich panel while the energy absorption is higher remarkably. The shock resistance performance of the improved V-type sandwich panel is enhanced significantly.
