某8 530 TEU集装箱船的船体变形对轴系特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 针对一艘8 530 TEU大型远洋集装箱船在不同海况下的船体变形与轴系动态特性的耦合作用问题,采用ANSYS与ADAMS软件建立推进轴系的刚柔耦合模型,通过在船体上添加外载荷的方式获得船体变形对推进轴系的作用并进行拟合,得到各轴承测点处船体变形激励的变化。将各轴承位置的垂向位移设为激励输入,得到船舶轴系扭转振动的频响函数图,模拟不同实际海况下的船舶轴系动态特性。结果表明,船体变形对船舶推进轴系扭转振动影响明显,改变航速、浪高、浪向角,扭转振动曲线的波峰位置几乎不会发生变化,但峰值大小明显不同。 To solve the problem of the hull deformation coupling effects on shaft dynamic characteristics for an 8530 TEU large container ship,the rigid-flexible coupling model was establish by ANSYS and ADAMS. The influence of ship deformation upon the dynamic characteristics of the propulsion system was analyzed by adding the external loads on the hull and the function of hull deformation excitations was matched. The regularities and variation of the bearings due to the hull deformation were gained. The response results of torsional vibration of ship propulsion system were obtained by adding the vertical displacement of each bearing. The dynamic characteristics of ship propulsion shaft under different navigation conditions were simulated. The results indicated that ship hull deformation has great effects on the torsional vibration of propulsion shaft. These effects on the torsional vibration of shaft are different for different navigation conditions. The peak positions of the torsional vibration curve of shaft are barely changed with the increasing of ship speed,wave height and wave direction,but the amplitudes of the peaks are changed obviously..
