摘要
以渤海海域海洋石油112 FPSO的解脱为例,设计大抓力锚与大功率拖船配合的新方法对FPSO进行精确控位,建立水下YOKE排载系统以提高FPSO与YOKE分离所需的提升能力,设计水下软刚臂单点系泊系统的解脱工艺。实践表明,解脱工艺和方案安全可靠,实现了世界首例水下软刚臂单点系泊系统海洋石油112FPSO的解脱。
Taking the Haiyang Shiyou 112 FPSO disconnection in Bohai sea as an example,a new method was designed to precise control the position by tugs cooperating with high holding power anchor. The underwater yoke exhaust system was set up to enhance the hoisting capacity during FPSO separate from underwater yoke,the disconnection process of underwater soft yoke SPM( single point mooring) system was developed. Practice showed that the disconnection process are safe and reliable,and successfully achieved the first disconnection case of underwater soft yoke SPM system in the world.
