光伏电站储能系统多种工作模式协同运行与切换策略研究 被引量:8

摘要 首先对光伏电站的储能系统实现平抑光伏波动、跟踪发电计划、光伏功率"削峰填谷"进行了研究,在考虑储能电池荷电状态的基础上,分别给出了每种功能在综合运行工况下各自的实时控制策略,并对每种策略进行算例分析,证明控制方法的有效性。之后,对这3种功能的综合控制和切换技术进行了研究,提出了相应的能量管理策略,实现了3种功能的综合协调运行以及平抑光伏波动和跟踪计划出力两种工况间的平滑切换。最后给出了一个完整工作周期内的综合算例分析,表明提出的能量管理策略的有效性。 The methods of energy storage system of photovoltaic power station stabilizing fluctuation,tracking the generation schedule,and shifting the power peak were researched,and these real-time control strategies under integrated operation condition considering the charge state of the storage battery were given respectively,and the effectiveness of these control strategies was proved by a case study of each strategy. Then,the integrated operation and switching technology of these three functions were researched,and the corresponding energy management strategy which realizes the smooth transition between stabilizing fluctuation and tracking the generation schedule was proposed. Finally,a comprehensive example analysis in the whole work cycle was given to show the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
