摘要
试验证明闪讯实时监测系统诱捕斜纹夜蛾成虫效果与杆式诱捕器一致,误差仅为3.72%。闪讯实时监测系统手机短信计数与人工核对计数准确率为85.24%。闪讯实时监测系统诱集成虫数据的手机短信与网络查看两种计数方式总体一致,166 d监测累计成虫数相差仅为14头,且每5 d成虫累计数发生趋势相吻合,闪讯系统计数、数据贮存与数据传输稳定可靠。每5 d成虫累计数闪讯实时监测系统、杆式诱捕器与人工计数成虫峰次趋势吻合。6次抽查所诱成虫种类鉴别,均为斜纹夜蛾成虫,诱捕成虫种类正确率为100%,诱芯对斜纹夜蛾具有专一性。
The results of the paper showed that the flash real-time monitoring system could be used to trap the Prodenia litura, with the low error rate of 3.72% compared with rod trap. The accuracy rate of real-time monitoring system mobile phone SMS counting and manual check counting was 85.24%. The tw-o counting ways, flash real-time monitoring system and network view mode were basically coherent. The error of the cumulative number of adult worms was only 14 in 166 days and the occurrence tendency of the flash real -time monitoring system, rod trap and manual check counting was coherent every 5 days, showing the functions of counting, data storage and data transmission in flash monitoring system were reliable. The adult selected for sampling was Htura for 6 times of species identification. The correct rate of trapping adult worms was 100% showdng that the inducer had specificity for P. iz.tura
