丰县食用根茎类蔬菜产业发展状况与对策

Development Status and Countermeasures of Edible Root Vegetables Industry of Fengxian

调查了黄河故道地区的丰县根茎类蔬菜的产业发展情况,全面分析该产业的种植布局、种植模式、主要技术和产业化发展状况和特点,了解丰县根茎类蔬菜产业在特色品种、新技术和新装备应用、产业化经营体系等方面存在的主要问题,阐明了山药等主要根茎类蔬菜产业发展的趋势和技术需求,提出了丰县根茎类蔬菜产业发展的政策扶持、科技创新、基础设施和产业化体系发展的对策建议,为黄河故道地区食用根茎蔬菜优势产业发展提供指导。

This paper investigated the development of the root vegetable industry of Fengxian, and comprehensively analyzed the planting layout, planting mode, main techniques and development status of root vegetable industry, and analyzed the main problems of specialty cultivars, application of new equipments and techniques, industrialization management system of Fengxian, then the paper clarified the development trend and technical demand of the main root vegetable industry such as yam. This paper also put forward some suggestions, such as policy support development,scientific and technological innovation, infrastructure and industrialization of the root vegetable industry in Fengxian, to provide guidances for the development of edible root vegetables in the area of the Yellow river.
