中国特色社会主义经济是中国特色社会主义政治经济学的研究对象和现实依据,其形成经历了新中国的社会主义改造、中国特色计划经济和改革开放三个阶段。新中国的成立标志着中国的新民主主义革命取得了决定性胜利。新中国在全面恢复国民经济之后,随即从新民主主义经济转向社会主义经济,进行中国特色社会主义改造。中国特色计划经济虽然有一定的理论指导,但主要还是在摸索中前进。"只争朝夕"成为中国社会主义建设的一个写照。随着时间的推移,传统体制日益僵化。到中美、中苏关系的改善与缓和,中国经济发展迎来历史机遇期。党的十一届三中全会确定了改革开放方略。到2010年中国经济总量已经跃居世界第二位,随后中国经济进入新常态。这是中国经济规模发生质变上了台阶的标志。

The socialist economy with Chinese characteristics is the research object and real basis of socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics and its forming experienced such three stages as socialism reform of new China,plan economy with Chinese characteristics and reform and opening-up. The founding of new China symbolized the decisive victory of Chinese new-democracy revolution. After overall recovering national economy,new China at once transformed new-democracy economy into socialist economy,and conducted socialism reform with Chinese characteristics. Although the plan economy with Chinese characteristics had certain theoretical guidance,it still groped forward,and'struggling for every morning and evening'became the portraiture of Chinese socialism construction. With the time processing,traditional system became more and more rigid,the improvement and mitigation of the relation between China and the United States and between China and Soviet Union made China have historic opportunity. The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Conference of the Party determined reform and opening-up policy. Till 2010,Chinese total GDP took the second place of the world,after that Chinese economy enters into new normalcy,which is the symbol that Chinese economy changes in essence and climbs a step.
