高师院校继续教育发展分析及战略思考--以渭南师范学院为例

摘要 从学校继续教育的利益相关者、现状、一般环境分析入手,厘清了生存与发展的要素,结合学校自身的发展定位、学科及师资优势,形成了适合的发展战略,确定了战略管理过程中应采取的四个措施。 Based on the analysis of participators, current status and atmosphere of continuing education, this paper outlines the key factors for the development of continuing education. What's more, development strategies and four measures in the process ofstrategic management, which fits for the orientation, discipline and this study.
