大数据时代开启了人们利用数据的新模式。如何利用统计方法和手段让"数据说话",如何培养合格的"数据学生",正是高校统计教学在思维和培养方式上所面临的深刻变革。面对"数据学生"培养所要具备的合理知识技术结构、良好沟通能力和较强观察创新力三个诉求,高教统计教学应从革新观念、谋新方式、创新人才和布新环境四个方面进行革新,来提升"数据学生"培养质量。

How to make ＂speaking data＂ by statistical methods and how to develop qualified ＂data students＂ are problems colleges faced in thinking and cultivation of statistical teaching.
