文章通过专业学位研究生招生选拔模式、导师遴选与考核方式、学生毕业考评体系的改革,建章立制,完善了培养方案及培养质量保障体系,同时与生物医药骨干企业联合培养实践基地紧密结合,按照新药研发技术链,形成并创新了产学研相结合的药学高端应用型人才培养模式。

According to the reform of the selection of professional graduate degree admissions mode, the selection of the instruc - tors and the evaluation methods and students＇ graduation evaluation system, this thesis establishes and completes the training program and the quality assurance system. According to the close cooperation with the biomedical backbone enterprises training base and fol-lowing the chain of new drug research and development, this thesis establishes a new applied talents training mode in which the in-dustry, university and research are combined.
