边疆民族地区地方院校学生手机成瘾对心理健康的影响:心理资本的中介效应

目的探讨边疆民族地区地方院校大学生手机成瘾、心理健康和心理资本之间的关系。方法用手机成瘾问卷、SCL-90量表和心理资本问卷对571名大学生进行调查。结果(1)边疆民族地区地方院校学生手机成瘾总分及各因子与SCL-90总分呈显著正相关,手机成瘾总分及各因子与心理资本总分及各因子呈显著负相关,SCL-90总分与心理资本总分及各因子呈显著负相关;(2)心理资本在手机成瘾对心理健康影响中起中介作用,有14.09%的变异是通过心理资本对心理健康产生影响;(3)以心理资本为中介变量的模型拟合较好。

Objective： To explore the relationship among mobile phone addiction, mental health and psychological capital of local college students in border areas. Methods： A total of 571 college students are investigated by mobile addiction questionnaire, SCL-90 scale and psychological capital questionnaire. Results： （1 ）In the border areas, there were significant positive correlations between the total score of mobile addiction and the scores of SCL-90 in the local colleges, and the total scores of the mobile phone addiction and the scores of psychological capitals are negatively correlated;（2）Psychological capital serves as intermediary when mobile addiction influences mental health. There are 14.09% of the variance caused by the influence.（3 ）The model of mental capital as the mediator variable is better.
