高校少数民族大学生教育与管理对策探讨

高校少数民族大学生的教育与管理既能有效维护学校的和谐稳定,又能为国家民族的统一及社会的安定提供有力保障。就现阶段来看,由于受经济发展、地域文化、生活习惯、宗教信仰等多方面的影响,各民族大学生之间有着很大的差异性,这在一定程度上提高了高校学生教育与管理的难度。文章将就高校少数民族大学生的特征进行分析,探索现阶段高校少数民族大学生教育与管理中存在的问题,进而在此基础上提出提高高校少数民族大学生教育与管理的对策。

The minority college students＇ education and management can not only effectively maintain harmony and stability on campus, but also provide powerful guarantee for national unity and social stability. At present, due to the economic development, re-gional culture, habits and customs, and religious beliefs, the influence on college students is various among different nationalities, which increases the difficulty of the university students＇ education and management. This article analyses the characteristic of minority college students and explores the existing problems of minority college students＇ education and management, and then proposes man-agement countermeasures for minority students＇ education in colleges.
