摘要
教师信息化教学能力是信息时代教师教学能力的核心,但高校教师信息化教学能力培训规划缺乏系统性、培训需求分析不全面、培训模式设计不合理,从教学系统设计(ISD)的五个环节对高校教师信息化教学能力培训模式进行了再设计。
The teachers' informatizational teaching ability of teachers' teaching ability is the core of the information age, but the university teachers' informatizational teaching ability training program lack of systematic, comprehensive training needs requirement analysis and design training mode is not reasonable, from Instructional System Design (ISD) of the five aspects of university teachers' informatizational teaching ability training mode is designed.
