校企合作金融专业人才培养模式创新与实践

校企合作金融专业人才培养,可以发挥学校和企业双方的优势,优化人才培养模式,降低企业知识错配,提高人才配置效率。文章在分析金融人才应该具备的专业能力、创新和应变能力、责任心和执行力、开拓进取与承压能力、沟通协调能力的基础上,构建以学生社会和经济的贡献能力及职业竞争力为目标,以金融知识和理论为基本点,知识的运用能力和职业素质和感知能力为两翼校企合作金融人才培养模式,同时在执行层面应重视四层次工作机制建立。

The cultivation on financial professionals of college-enterprise cooperation can play the advantages of both college and enterprise. It can also optimize the training mode of professionals, reduce the mismatch of enterprise＇s knowledge and improve the ef-ficiency of professionals＇ allocation. Based on analyzing the abilities which financial professionals should equipped, such as the abili- ties of professional, innovation and strain capacity, sense of responsibility and execution, pioneering and pressure bearing capacity, communication and coordination ability, this paper constructs training mode of financial professionals of college-enterprise cooperation, which puts the student＇s ability of contribution on both social and economy as well as the professional competitiveness as the target, puts the financial knowledge and theory as basic, and puts the ability of using knowledge and the ability of professional quality and perception as twin wings. At the same time, on the implementation level, we also should pay more attention on the construction of four-level working mechanism.
