摘要
在访谈的基础上用角色冲突理论对新教师的角色冲突进行分析,提出新教师完成角色转化需要按习主席"四好"教师标准,做好职业生涯规划、重视岗前培训、正视角色冲突合理进行自我定位、构建良好人际关系;提出新教师需要进行系统的理论学习、不断完善教学技能训练、加深教师专业情意以及进行积极的反思研究来加快自身的成长。
By employing the role conflict theory, the conflict as a new teachers is analyzed through interview. On this basis, this thesis indicates that new teachers should transform their role according to the standard of "four good" teachers proposed by chairman Xi. It also requires new teachers to make a good career planning, be serious to the pre-job training, face role conflict squarely so as to have a reasonable self-positioning and have a good interpersonal relationship. In addition, to carry out systematic theoretical study, improve the teaching skills constantly, deepen the professionalism and make reflections actively are needed to better improve them-selves.
