人本主义视角下的大学生思政教育探究

思政工作中的以人为本理念是指从学生的角度出发,充分考虑学生的个性差异和不同需求,有针对性地对学生进行引导、教育,从而激发学生的主观能动性,最大程度地实现个体自我发展。文章通过探讨当前我国高校思政教育人性化缺失的具体表现、人本理念在大学生思政教育中的必要性以及人本理念在高校思政教育中具体运用举措,旨在唤起广大思政工作者对人本理念的重视,也为高校思政教育改革提供一种借鉴。

People-oriented concept in the ideological and political work is from the students＇ point of view to give full considera-tion to students＇ individual differences and different needs. It guides and educates students specifically, so as to motivate the students＇ initiative and realize the personal development to greatest extent. This paper discusses the specific performance for lack of humaniza-tion, the necessity of people-oriented concept and the concrete application in ideological and political education of current colleges and universities, aiming to raise the workers＇ attention to people-oriented concept and provide a reference for ideological and political education reform in colleges and universities.
