摘要
利用光谱测量方法对铁掺杂和本征钛酸锶单晶的线性和非线性光学性质进行了实验研究.紫外-可见吸收谱测量的结果表明铁元素掺杂可降低钛酸锶材料的禁带宽度.皮秒Z扫描实验的结果显示本征和铁掺杂钛酸锶在532 nm波段都具有双光子吸收,但铁掺杂可以增强钛酸锶的双光子吸收系数.该结果表明铁掺杂钛酸锶材料在光限辐、全光调制等领域具有应用潜力.
The linear and nonlinear optical properties of stoichiometric and Fe-doped SrTiO3 single crystal are studied via optical spectroscopy. The UV-Vis data demonstrate that the optical band gap Eg decreases with Fe doping. Picosecond Z-scan results show that both samples have two-photon absorption at 532 nm, while the nonlinear absorption coefcient are enhanced by Fe doping. These results suggest that Fe doping can tune the linear and nonlinear optical properties of SrTiO3.
