摘要
通过PCR扩增和测序技术对太湖流域的中华鳖太湖花鳖群体和太湖鳖群体的部分线粒体基因序列,包括16S rRNA、12S rRNA、细胞色素b(Cytb)和D-loop区进行比对分析研究.结果显示:中华鳖太湖花鳖群体和太湖鳖群体的16S rRNA、12S rRNA、Cytb和D-loop区部分基因序列比对相似度和遗传距离分别为97.33%,98.19%,97.34%,98.83%和0.023,0.026,0.026,0.022.结果表明:中华鳖太湖花鳖群体和太湖鳖群体亲缘关系较近,没有达到种间差异,但两者已经出现了一定程度的遗传分化,达到亚种分化水平.
In the present study, the variation and genetic diversity of mtDNA partial sequences including 16S rRNA, 12S rRNA, Cytb and D-loop region from Pelodiscus sinensis Taihu flower population and P. sinensis taihu population were analyzed. The results showed that genetic similarity between two diferent populations of P. sinensis in Taihu basin were 97.33%, 98.19%, 97.34% and 98.83%, respectively and that the genetic distances were 0.023, 0.026, 0.026 and 0.022, respectively. The results indicated a certain degree of genetic diferentiation between the two populations of P. sinensis in Taihu basin, which achieved the subspecies level, though relatively similar, but not the speciation level.
