河南省能源、经济与生态环境系统协调发展研究

Research on coordinated development of energy,economy and ecological environment systems in Henan Province

基于耦合理论,通过构建耦合协调模型,定量分析了河南省2005—2014年间能源、经济与生态环境的协调发展水平。结果显示,河南省经济和生态环境子系统以及系统整体的综合发展指数总体呈上升趋势,由于经济结构和能源结构的调整,能源子系统综合发展指数在2005—2010年间急剧上升,而在2010年以后下降幅度明显;河南省能源、经济和生态环境两两相关协调度不断上升,在2014年均达到0.75以上,实现了良好地协调发展,但生态环境和经济的协调关系仍属于协调发展类生态环境滞后型。

Based on coupling theory,this paper presents a quantitative analysis of the coordinated development level among energy and economic and ecological environment,based on the coupling coordination model from 2005 to 2014 in Henan province. The results show that： the overall system efficiency index of economic and ecological environment subsystem and the comprehensive development was on the rise in Henan province. Because of the economic structure and energy structure adjustment,the overall system efficiency index of energy was on the rise between 2005 and 2010,but then rapidly declined. The pairwise coordination degree among energy and economic and ecological environment keep rising,by above 0. 75 in 2014,realizing the good level of coordinated development. But the coordination degree between ecological environment and economy maintained balanced development,with environment lagged.
