摘要 当前挠度/位移测量方法不仅测量困难,而且精度较低,为此,提出一种新的激光扫描图像挠度/位移测量改进方法,在安装的过程中,把电路和PC机的图像采集系统连接在一起,将激光发射器固定在待测点,通过半反射投影靶的反射对激光发射方向进行调整,令其和投影靶互相垂直。在对实际桥梁的挠度/位移进行测量时,可将该子体块看作近似刚体运动,令最小平方距离相关函数取驻值获取实际的微小亚体素挠度/位移,通过二值开运算与二值闭运算对光斑中的噪声点进行滤除。实验结果表明,本文方法的测量精度高,抗干扰能力强。 The deflection/displacement measurement method is not only very difficult, but also in low accuracy. Therefore, this paper presented a new laser scanning image deflection displacement measurement method. In the process of installation, the image acquisition system circuit and the PC machine are connected together and the laser transmitter is fixed on the measured points. To adjust laser emission direction through the reflection of the semi reflective projection target, which makes them perpendicular to each other. In the actual measurement of bridge deflection / displacement, the sub block can be regarded as approximate rigid body motion, make the least square distance correlation function set stationary value to obtain the deflection/displacement of micro voxel. Through the binary opening op- eration and closing operation to filter the noise spots. The experimental results show that the method has high precision and strong anti-interference ability.
