醒脑开窍针刺法结合头针疗法治疗老年脑梗死恢复期的临床疗效分析

Clinical effects of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture on cerebral infarction in convalescence stage in the elderly patients

目的探讨醒脑开窍针法联合头针疗法在老年脑梗死恢复期治疗中的应用价值,探讨老年脑梗死恢复期的新型治疗方案。方法应用随机数字表法,将90例老年脑梗死恢复期病人随机分为2组,以接受头针治疗者为对照组,以接受醒脑开窍针法联合头针疗法治疗者为观察组,每组45例。对比2组治疗前后神经功能恢复情况、临床疗效及应用安全性。结果入组时2组间NIHSS评分及ADL评分比较,差异均无统计学意义,而在治疗4周时,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在完成4周治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在完成4周治疗后,2组间治疗不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论醒脑开窍针法联合头针疗法可有效提高老年脑梗死恢复期临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the application value of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction,and to explore a new treatment for the elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Using random number table method,90 cases of elderly patients with convalescent cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in control group were received the treatment of scalp acupuncture,patients in the observation group were received the Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture treatment.The neurological function recovery,clinical efficacy and safety in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The difference of NIHSS score and ADL score in the two groups was not statistically significant before treatment,the NIHSS score of observation group was lower than that of the control group,the ADL score of observation group was higher than the control group after four weeks,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusions The convalescence treatment metheod of cerebral infarction with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect.
