某院急诊科995例死亡案例分析

Analysis on 995 Death Cases in Emergency Department of a Hospital

目的了解某综合医院急诊科死亡患者的基本情况及根本死因构成,为医院优化资源配置,提高医疗质量提供依据。方法对该院2015年1月-2016年12月995例急诊科死亡患者案例信息进行回顾性分析,根据ICD-10编码分类,应用帕累托图分析死因的构成情况。结果 995例死亡案例中,死亡最多的年龄段为80岁~89岁,各年龄段差异显著(χ~2=438.493,P<0.05)。男性多于女性(χ~2=5.653,P<0.05)。死亡案例季节分布存在差异(χ~2=20.924,P<0.05),春季和冬季死亡患者较多,帕累托图分析结果显示:根本死因以循环系统疾病及呼吸系统疾病为主。结论急诊科死亡案例死因相对集中,医院应有针对性地开展急诊救治工作,并且根据年龄、性别及季节分布特点优化资源配置,更有效地提高急诊危重患者救治成功率。

Objectives To understand the basic situation and the causes of death in the emergency department of a general hospital, and provide basis for optimizing the allocation of resources and improving the quality of medical care. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the information of the 995 death cases in emergency department of the hospital from January 2015 to December 2016. According to the classification of ICD-10, the causes of death were analyzed by using Pareto chart. Results In the 995 death cases, the most cases of death were 80 to 89 years old, and there was significant difference among different age groups （χ^2=438. 493, P.〈0. 05）. Male patients died more than female patients （χ^2 =5. 653, P〈0. 05）. The seasonal distribution of death cases was different （χ^2=20. 924, P 〈0. 05）. More patients died in spring and winter. Pareto chart analysis results showed that the main causes of death were circulatory diseases and respiratory diseases. Conclusions Death causes of death in emergency department were relatively concentrated. Hospital should targeted to carry out emergency treatment, and optimize resource allocation according to the age, sex and seasonal distribution characteristics, so as to improve the saving success rate of critical patients in emergency department more effectively.
