对无备用的接触网设备技术参数作有效的控制 ,实行动态限值管理 ,即由原来的周期性维护检修或故障修运营管理方式 ,改变为数据化管理 ,若动态技术数据超限 ,就一定要维修 ;若不超标 ,就可不修 ,使接触网设备始终处于受控状态。本文着重讲述了动态限值管理的特点、基本模式以及实现的可行性。
