大数据的兴起对少数民族传统文艺的保护传承具有重要意义。它有助于少数民族传统文艺的数据化处理,突破了口传心授等少数民族文艺的传统传承模式,有助于少数民族文艺的精准扶持和产业化发展,拓宽了公众参与少数民族传统文艺传承保护的途径,可以促进少数民族传统文艺研究的深度和广度。但是,民族地区财政能力有限,信息化建设投入不足,数字化人才匮乏,导致少数民族传统文艺资源数字化水平偏低。为此,需要加快少数民族语言文字的信息化,以大数据应用为导向培养少数民族技术人才,积极吸纳社会资源推进少数民族传统文艺资源的数字化和大数据应用平台建设,同时加强大数据的社会载体建设。
