摘要
随着电网负荷峰谷差日趋增大,大型火力发电机组参与电网调峰成为必然。针对某电厂4×600 MW机组,基于供电煤耗试验结果,分析了长时间调峰运行下均等低负荷和启停两班制调峰运行方式的经济性,得到不同调峰负荷下多机组启停调峰的临界时间,为燃煤机组调峰运行提供经济优化。在全厂负荷不变的前提下,机组数越多、机组容量越大、调峰时间越长,启停两班制调峰运行方式的经济效益越显著。随着电网负荷率的下降,电厂深度调峰采用启停两班制运行方式将更具有节能减排意义。
Based on the test results of the net coal consumption of a 4x600 MW power plant,it is proposed that a critical time exists in the long-term peak load cycling when the low-load operation is switched to the two-shift operation.The economics of the two operation modes are analyzed.It concludes that the economic benefits will become more significant when there are more units with lager capacities and longer peak regulation running time in a power plant.Along with the load rate of power grids decreasing,the in-depth peak load cycling does not occur only at nights.Consequently,the two-shift operation deserves more attention for its benefits in energy conservation and emissions reduction.
