针对九府坟变电所B相并联电容补偿回路断路器 4次绝缘击穿事故 ,找出事故原因 ,制定出防范措施 ,并提出电容补偿装置在运行中的几点建议。

Aiming at the incident of 4 times of insulation flashover of the vacuum breaker of the B phase parallel capacity compensating device in Jiufufen substation,found out the cause,made out protection measures,and put forward some suggestion about the capacity compensating device on running.
