基于药效学及正交试验优选双贯清感滴丸的提取工艺 被引量:3

摘要 目的:优选复方组分中药双贯清感滴丸的提取工艺。方法:以反映该制剂抗流感病毒的药效学指标比较双贯清感滴丸的水提和不同浓度的乙醇提取工艺,继以主要指标成分金丝桃苷、绵马贯众素含量综合评分,采用正交试验考察双贯清感滴丸优选工艺的乙醇浓度、溶剂用量、提取时间和提取次数。结果:根据抗流感病毒的药效学指标肺指数、肺指数抑制率以及理化指标金丝桃苷、绵马贯众素的含量,可得双贯清感滴丸最佳提取工艺为加10倍量75%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次1 h。结论:结合药效学优选的双贯清感滴丸提取工艺稳定可行,对保障制剂疗效具有指导性意义。 Objective:To optimize the extraction of compositions in the compound prescription of Chinese herbs of Shuangguan Qinggan dropping pills.Methods:Based on the pharmacodynamics indexes of anti-influenza virus effect,the process of water extraction and alcohol extraction with different concentrations in Shuangguan Qinggan dropping Pills was compared.Employing the content of Hyperoside and Dryocrassine as the main index ingredients to comprehensive score,the effects of ethanol concentration,solvent volume,extraction times and extraction time on the extracting process were investigated by using orthogonal design.Results:According to the pharmacodynamics indexes of anti-influenza virus with lung index and the inhibition ratio of lung index,as well as the in dex ingredients of hyperoside and dryocrassine,the optimum extraction process was as follows:adding 10 times amount of 75% alcohol,refluxing and extracting for 2 times,1 h each time.Conclusion:The extraction process with pharmacodynamics optimization shows good stability,which could ensure the therapeutic effect.
