乌梅煎剂抑制小鼠S_(180)肉瘤血管生成机理的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究收涩中药乌梅抑制血管抗肿瘤生长的作用及机制。方法采用昆明小鼠移植瘤动物模型,探讨乌梅煎剂对小鼠移植瘤生长的影响;利用免疫组织化学方法,检测基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和肿瘤组织相关第八因子抗原(Ⅷ-RAg)的变化,采用图像处理软件(IPP)计数移植瘤组织中数目,计算微血管密度(MVD)。结果乌梅对小鼠皮下移植肉瘤有明显抑制作用(P<0.05);可增强小鼠机体免疫功能(P<0.05);抑制肿瘤细胞核的异型性及抑制MMP-9的表达(P<0.01)。结论收涩中药乌梅可抑制移植S180肉瘤的生长及转移,但抑制血管生长不太显著。 Objective To study the effect and mechanism of dark plum in anti-tumor inhibition growth of blood vessels. Method The influence of dark plum decoction on mice transplanted tumor growth was discussed by using the model of transplanting tumor in kunming mice. The expression of tumor tissue factor 8 related antigen( Ⅷ-RAg) and matrix metalloproteinase-9( MMP-9) in tumor tissue were examined with immunohistochemical method. The calculation of micro microvessel density( MVD) and the number of transplanted tumor tissues were counted by the Image Pro Plus software( IPP). Result Dark plum has obvious inhibitory effect of sarcoma( S180) transplanted subcutaneously in mice( P〈0. 05). It can strengthen the immune function in mice( P〈0. 05). The expression of MMP-9 and atypia were lower in Dark plum group than in control group( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Dark Plum can inhibit the growth and metastasis of sarcoma( S180) transplanted in mice,but not significantly inhibit the growth of blood vessels in the sarcoma tissue.
